At idle or driving?

Clean the throttle body. Swab it clean, so not use a lot of spray carb cleaner. Some mild paint thinner on a cloth or paper towel can get the job done.

The throttle plate may be sticking on deposits or deposits have made the throttle-air_flow non linear at idle conditions.

Yank on the intake manifold and TB, any movement?
