Hello,
Wouldn't think any problem exists with that voltage drop. That is probably just the drain on the battery of the starter motor when cranking. I would check the ground for the fuel pump next. I think it is located under the rear seat on the left side at the rear of the seat. Had a sunroof frame leaking that corroded that one time. Also check the 10 pin connector under the seat to make sure a pin is not backed out. Good Luck, Bernie
