Up-and-down "wobble" and low and moderate speed?

My 2006 9-5 sportcombi "sport" (aka Aero) with 102k has a curious symptom: at low (under 15 mph or so, such as rolling gently in heavy traffic) and moderate (30-40 mph) speeds, the front feels like it has an uneven roll -- as if I were going over a series of small, rolling bumps in the road. The result is a sort of "vertical," oscillating wobble -- not the suspension bouncing or undulating, and not harsh or jarring, either.
Some additional factors:
- I believe it happens with both sets of wheels and tires I have (16" and 17" Saab alloys, snow vs. all season)
- At other speeds, the car generally runs fairly smooth and quiet
- Car drives straight with a centered steering wheel, doesn't wander
- It does not cause separate steering wheel vibration or wobbling
- It is not accompanied with additional noises or vibration
- It is not more or less apparent when braking
- It happens when cruising and coasting
I will also say that once I hit about 75-80 a bit of vibration comes in; that feels different, but could be connected.
It is not super intrusive, but it certainly shouldn't be happening. I really only use the car on weekends, when I typically am doing highway driving for fair distances (escaping the city), often with a mix of traffic and open conditions.
TIA
Tim B.
