I'd bet its the fuel pump. When mine failed many years ago, it was the exact same experience - 70 MPH on a level highway, running great and then the engine just quit.
Could also be the DIC failing, but it seems that most folks have some other symptoms leading up to it (or just before), like a misfire or rough running, even for a split second before the failure. They also tend to leave a CEL.
Lift the back seat and listen for the fuel pump priming when you turn the ignition on. That will give you a quick read as to whether the fuel pump is at least getting power and running.
