In regards to the battery, a few considerations
- using open circuit voltage to judge state of charge is an easy and fast metric but its not entirely accurate.
- that said, accepting the limitations, 12.65v at the battery represents 100% state of charge. and the 14.1v measured while running shows that the alternator is functioning as well.
- bear in mind that voltage at the battery is not necessarily the voltage that the starter is seeing. You should measure voltage at the starter to know the voltage drop between the source (battery) and the starter itself.
- and of course, heat is the enemy of these batteries
Is the engine cranking slowly? if so I would certainly measure the voltage at the battery AND at the starter. if there is a difference the voltage drop could explain it. Further, it would point pretty strongly at the wiring (classic case of corroded battery cables)
or is the engine cranking strongly but for a very long time? if so I would suspect the fuel pressure ... either losing pressure overnight or a worn pump that is unable to build enough pressure.
reading between the lines it seems that you suspect that the car is not cranking as strongly as it used to. 12.6v at the battery suggests its fully charged and healthy. You say you jumped it (which presumably helped). measuring voltage at the starter would confirm a voltage drop due to bad pos battery cable, or a bad ground.
