The only thing officially made for your car is a roof spoiler. Saab made two versions, a pedestal spoiler and a bridge spoiler. The pedestal spoiler is the one with three mounts that you can still buy. Saab still sells it, ProParts make a cheaper version of it, and I'm guessing that that's the Maptun version you've seen. Saab's part number is 400132163, and currently costs $162.13 from eSaabparts. The ProParts version is $120.99 from eEuroparts. The bridge spoiler was a little bigger, and only mounted on the two edges. I think most people think it's the sportier of the two, and it looks the most like the spoilers you see on wagons and SUVs today. Saab made it for a short time, and then Hirsch made a version of it, so you'll see it called the "Hirsch spoiler" more than anything, even though there's was just a copy of Saab's.
I've seen some people who have added a lower lip to the front bumper. On earlier 9-5s, I've seen an Integra lip used. I'm not sure what's used for the Dame Edna, but if your bumper is already pretty badly scraped up, you may not want to go any lower.
