05 subframe question

After changing the front/rear subframe bushings on my '05 last February when I used the '05 Lemfoerder rear bushings, but it turns out that I have to change them again now. They are chewed up at rear and the center too.
Unusually (from what I can gather on this board) the center was worst. Bummer.
So here we go again.
Went for the traditional ones rather than waiting for the poly to ship but learned from this board that the '06 are better for the vehicle.
So I, got the genuine '06 (o-six) ones (PN # 12762090) for front and rear (of the front subframe) and the '05 for the center (PN #5231808).
Got a call from the indy (good shop) and as they were pressing the center ones in (5231808) they broke. They were too small - by a lot - and it broke the outer case/sleeve thingy on the bushing. Checked the label. Right number part.
When measured they were a good few hundredths of an inch too small.
Anyone else struck this?
Haven't got time to wait for the genuine ones to arrive from Saab so will have to do the Lemfoerder ordered by the indy on Monday.
QUESTIONS: Anyone had this happen before?
Anyone know if the Lemfoerders in that center spot are a problem?
CAN I JUST USE THE SPARE FRONT ONES IN THE CENTER SPOT ???(Also #12762090)
PITA!
