You'll find plenty of posts. Recommend several things:
1) Really BIG snap ring pliers for the nearly 4-inch diameter snap ring that holds the cover plate in place. There is a LOT of energy stored in the ring when compressed and it can fly dangerously. I have self-clamping pliers. I treat the compressed ring in the pliers with great respect so that if it should slip it is not aimed at me.
2) Make certain to observe where in the cover plate your crank seal is seated so that you can seat the new one accordingly. AND be sure new seal is tight fit when pressed in. I had one seal that seemed 'undersize' and wanted to rotate in the cover; think of OE part here.
3) Liberally grease / lube the seal lip or the harmonic balancer shaft when installing - some owners have forgotten to do this and the new seal leaked because the first few seconds of rotation were dry before the oil got there.
Best of luck !
