Sounds like the car is having a momentary loss of all power. When is the last time the battery has ben changed. Swap out the battery and if the problem is still there replaced the positive battery wire. Make sure to use a wire battery terminal brush to clean all the caked up gunk off the terminals. If the problem is still there after this I'd swap out the batteries negitive wire. Make sure to thoroughly clean the contact point where the negative ground battery wire meets the frame.
