Hmmm, 'right side of the engine'? I will assume you mean North American vehicle, passenger side. If the fluid is running off of the underneath fiberboard (cardboard, plastic??) air dam it suggests a water pump or hose. Could be radiator tho if original)
If the leak is further back towards the firewall, it is the heater bypass valve. To eliminate the heater bypass valve possibility, wrap a towel around the valve and drive it a bit. If the towel is wet, the valve is leaking.
With 150K+ on the clock, I'd say the WP is the most likely problem...if not, I'd change it anyway as it is definitely near end of life. While WP on american cars seem to have a life of 50k-60K miles, Saabs (from my experience) seem to be 120-150K miles.
