Window binds following roller repar

Last Sunday I had my rollers break on the driver's side putting the window down. Quite a loud crack. I had to drive 3 hours to get home that night, so quick tape job and off.
Yesterday I replaced the two rollers. The lower arms both appeared a little twisted/bent. I straightened some, put together, and it started binding about 1/2 way up. I could slowly get all the way closed, When reopening I could see the inner door skin relax some, so it was binding the arms.
Tried a few times pulling off the rollers, straightening, reattaching, still binding. The glass at the front is also not appearing to go in the right vinyl track. I tried multiple times raising, still couldn't get it in. I don't know how that's related.
How do you replace the entire arm assembly?
I did see a couple of screws in the arms assembly. Are those adjustment screws? Should I have tried loosening and re-tightening those with the window all the wall up?
