As Dave pointed out, if it is just a bumper cover, getting one from a wrecker is cheap and any mechanic can install it if you can't do so yourself. Kenny is particularly cheap, but don't wait, they hardly keep the cars very long unfortunately! They are more in the scrap metal business than anything else. If you find the right colour, you might be able to avoid a repaint, and that saves $$!
If other body work is required (metal and paint), I would ask around at various shops for who does good work (especially paint). Many shops do as cheap as they can, and you may have peeling clearcoat and other issues in a few years if you use an inferior shop. I am not convinced that Car Star is worth going to anyway. Many body shops are in the business of collecting insurance company $$$. I had a trivial incident last fall where 2 tiny scratches and a minor rub on a tail light resulted in body shop quotes of $2500 and $3500 respectively! Could have been made invisible with $100 of detailing! Easy insurance money is what they want.
If you don't have a saab tech, I would look for one and they can probably give you some advice on this. If you are in the west end, Beacon might be able to get you on track.
good luck!
