hard starting: since it runs fine once you get it going, after hitting it with the cleaner, then it could be fuel pressure related. There's a fuel pressure regulator, which holds the pressure in the fuel line, along with a check valve on the fuel pump that are involved.
Try turning the ignition on/off 3 or 4 times, without actually cranking it.. then try starting it. If it catches quicker, then it's probably related to one of those 2 components.
regarding the turbo issue.. I'm not that knowledgeable.. but I know the wastegate and boost valve come into play.. so do some searches on that.
