Do the obvious thing: Park the car on level ground. Turn off the ignition, put the car in gear, release the parking brake. Open the hood and roll the car back and forth a few inches. Does the engine move rock and forth any more than two or three inches? Then your front and rear motor mounts might need replacement. The front one is easy to visually inspect. The rear one, not so much. Next step: Set the parking brake firmly. Place a block of wood between a floor jack and the engine's oil sump. Jack the engine up slightly. Remove the engine mount yoke on the passenger's side of the engine. Grab the stud on top of the now exposed mount. Does it seem loose and sloppy? If so, it is also due for replacement. When you have replaced the yoke and are lowering the floor jack, watch the driver's side mount. Specifically the space between the drivetrain and the chassis. Did the movement seem excessive? Like more than an inch or so excessive?
Also, do you see cracks or tears in the rubber part of the mount? The new mount will not have any cracks or tears in the rubber.
With just a wee bit of determination and a long socket extension, or two, you can replace all four mounts in an afternoon. Good luck!
