Kirk, if the subframe bushings are the problem it require inspection to be sure, but it replacement is relatively easy. Jack stands or ramps under the front wheels. Remove the support plates on the center and both sides underneath the exhaust flex pipe area. Take a look at rear mounts after you remove the bolts. On my three 9-5's it was obvious that the mounts were torn.
The mounts on the 2004-2005 were especially bad. If you replace the mounts use the later ones that Swedecar recommends. They are solid rubber without the holes that your mounts have.
The Rose-Bush tool I have for the rear suspension bushings works on the mounts if you can pry the subframe down far enough.
