No need to do the water pump again if it is working and not leaking - most leaks for me have been the O-rings at the block-to-water pump connector. A great feature of these cars is the low coolant warning - don't ignore it, and you will be fine. If you have had to fill coolant a lot recently, do a pressure test to see where it is lost, and fix the leak before the trip.
Did the records show that the tensioner (with pulley) was replaced with the serpentine belt and water pump? If so, inspect the belt for cracking and all the pulleys for low grease. If they spin freely, replace them because the grease is gone. I'm in the camp of replacing the tensioner with its pulley every 60K together with the idler (or both idlers if you have the "long belt"). By age, your tensioner, belt, and pulleys should be fine if they were all done when the WP was changed.
Hope that you have a fun trip !
