Headlight Washer Assembly - Long Description

My 2008 9-5 Aero headlight washer has developed a massive leak under the driver side. The culprit is the snap on backplate that attaches to the rear of the washer cylindrical housing and has the washer hose connection stub at 90 degrees downward. For some reason, 2/3 of molded plastic collar has broken off and can no longer hold the backplate in position with its' sealing O ring. I snapped it on one time but it blew off as soon as I tried using the washer with the inherent high pressure. The second time, I tried a zip tie around the collar remains, but no good it failed and 3/4 of the washer fluid reservoir quickly drains out. The backplate has a separate part serial number, but no such thing found in my searching. I'm not yet resigned to paying $100 for a whole new assembly, maybe under $50 for a used part or just give it a try to epoxy the backplate in place to secure the sealing O-ring. Also, the center hood nozzle body has a crack and can't be glued. Haven't seen a separate price for just this one, looks like you have to order the entire 3 nozzle body set. I guess plastic just degrades like this.
