Hit 30k so changed the plugs today (LPT-6). About a 30-minute job the first time around, probably 20 the next time. The old plugs looked pretty good, and the gap had grown about 0.3 mm.
The car started more easily (less cranking needed), idled more smoothly and clearly accelerates better. I think I won't wait as long the next time (or at least regap them at 15k).
Anyway, if you've been putting it off, don't!
