Pete,

I agree with you on the interior storage - it is lacking. I drove last night and couldn't figure out where to put down my cell phone that would be readily accessible but not sliding around the cabin. There is no cubby in the dash, the armrest storage is not readily accessible, and the door pockets can't be easily reached into with the doors closed. Ended up just plopping it in the passenger seat and am not sure to place things like that when someone else is with me.

There are rear cup holders. They are down by the floor. They pull out from under the rear air vents. Not a good location for them - but they are there. A grand total of 4 - yes 4! - cup holders in this truck. Less than one per person :)

You are correct that the DIC does not have as much info as in past vehicles. I've found the basics: avg. mpg, odom., etc; but no "distance to dest", "time to dest", "avg speed", etc. For that info though I have found OnStar Directions to be useful and accurate.

Scott
