2008 Saab 9-7 Transmission???

I recently purchased a 2008 Saab 9-7 and have had several issues with it so far. It has just over 18k miles and just started showing possible signs of transmission issues. When I accelerate from a stop it sometimes wont upshift past 1st. Once I come to a complete stop and accelerate again, it will act normal. It seems to be completely random and, of course, the dealership cannot replicate it. Its getting REALLY frustrating. Any thoughts??? Anyone else seeing this issue?
