Rear brake issues

Hey guys having a problem with my 09, 28,000 mile 9-7x.
Rear brakes are squeaking and had the the dealer turn the roaters and replace the pads at 19,000 with no charge.
Any reason this should happen??
I know they will need to replace the roater when I take it in.
It only makes noise when i ease the brake down, when I apply firm pressure there is no noise...
