six disc cd changer

I have a six disc cd changer in my 9-7x. About a week ago the cds jammed while switching discs. I am not able to reach the discs. Also, five days after the discs got stuck, my battery died. I jumped my sub and checked the charge is 100%. How do I get my cd out? And is it possible for the cd player to be draining my battery because it is trying to eject?
