12111 is lambda adaptation fault - running
12241 is faulty injector
A faulty injector would cause the lambda fault, too. If one injector just isn't working you could unplug each (one at a time) with the engine running, & see which one doesn't make any difference. My '89 LH 2.4 has a feature where you can cycle the injectors without the engine running. I don't know if '90 has this feature?? Check your manual, it involves closing the jumper BEFORE you turn on the ignition, otherwise its just like retrieving fault codes.
I think soldering the O2 sensor leads is better than crimping them, as long as you made the connection where it doesn't get too hot. Then again, you'd want to make the crimp connection where its not too hot, also. However, I think if an injector is bad, replacing the O2 sensor again is just wasting time.
Check that out & let us know...
