Yeah, that was my first thought too, because I'd had similar symptoms a couple of years back that turned out to be a torn boot (the elbow at the hooter valve). I pit a brand new elbow and new Bosch hooter valve in yesterday, although the old ones looked fine (it's Such a PITA, and I like to have spares of everything.
I also put in an FMIC a few months back, so I also disconnected that and put my old Talon SMIC back in and the problem persisted. That only leaves the connection right after the AMM and right before the throttle body - I'll double check those, and replace the two grommets seals on the plastic induction pipe. But there was no telltale oil spray around those that I'd expect from a leak.
I wonder if a bad APC bypass valve could have the same effect, but it is also quite clean and is tight with the wire detached for the base boost reading (new silcone hoses all round as of yesterday, too).
What do you think about the low O2 sensor voltage?
