RF,
in order to advise on how to hook up onto those speakers I need to first know whether they're connected to each other and in what way.
Generally speaking, you need a cross-over:
- the best (well, it's considered by most, though not all, enthusiasts to be the best) variant is an active cross-over, but I believe it's an overkill for you (you'll need the active x-over + 4ch amp to drive the front speakers: two mids and two tweets)
- you can go with some passive cross-over, but it must be matched with your specific speakers. Either build your own or use factory one designed specifically for these speakers
- there can be a built-in passive x-over (like a capacitor in-wire going from mid to tweet; or a coil which goes parallel to the tweeter).
In last two cases you just hook-up your amp output (whenever it is an external amplifier or the built-in of the head-unit) to the x-over input.
There can also be another option like bridging, but it's hardly your case.
So please advise - either with a more detailed photo or in words - on how the tweeter and the midrange are connected to each other.
