The direct link at eeuroparts.com that was provided by turbocon86 confirms that in its description, says it fits both turbo and non-turbo 2.0 liter 16-valve models. Though interestingly if you look up fuel system parts by model that hose is not listed for the normally-aspirated car.

That part is a 5-7 day special order at Eeuroparts. On the other hand, thesaabsite.com lists it as being in stock but for turbo engines only. (Price is similar.) I sent an inquiry to check on compatibility.

Nearly $50 US for a fuel hose just a few inches long! Yikes!!
