For a modded engine the seller talks about it having the red box, however whats inside the box is what matters. The red box has the upgraded apc from Saab that will allow the car to boost harder while staying in the safety margin, and to know what apc was what, normal apc`s installed on Saabs the apc box are black in color, the upgraded was red in color (hence red box)
Now inside the box is what looks like a computer motherboard and its the motherboard that is tweaked. however it is very, very simple to take the red box mother board and replace it with the black box untweaked mother board and the new owner would never know the difference.

Swedish dynamics offers a tweaked mother board (apc) it comes with-out a box that boosts harder than the red box and the saab owner needs to replace the current untweaked apc out of the black box and replace it with the tweaked apc.

So all we know is the seller is stating that the car has the red box, its a mod if its really equipped with the tweaked mother board. modded spg springs and panels means just that. The car sits a little lower to the ground and it has a little stiffer ride. Being its a 92 it carries the bigger pinion bearing, the pics show its in the desert meaning zero rust issues. Seller stats the top is goes up and down quick, to me that states all hydraulics are working correctly,... Ill go as far as 15grand to say this car is worth, the super aero rims it has are a very rarity item, Tell you the truth,. I don't think this car is for sale, I think the seller of this car just wants to see how much it will bring in on e-bay and their going to end the sale before the auction ends.

Want a perfect Saab With all the bells and whistles, this is one of them
