Also, it is not the cam sprockets fault but the one tightening the bolt to spec. Most likely the bolt was not tight enough. No modern engines use a dowel pin or keys anymore but only rely on clamping force from the bolt. So technically, that key is only there to line up the sprocket during installation. Anders
