They say it is an auto-bra. Kinda protects from your hood from flying stones and parts falling off the next car in front of you. Never saw one in Saab Accessory Catalogue (either there're no stones there on swedish highways or their cars do not fall apart when going down the road).

On Mordor market they usually import those things from Turkey (fwiw, that's a country), China and some Middle-East.
