surging at 1500RPM, with video of problem

Gentlemen. I have been out of Saabs for ten years and have returned again! I was a member of this site all through the nineties too!
So here it is: This 88 Saab 900T idles fine, but as soon as I bring up the RPM's, it cuts out. I cannot get it above 1500 RPM.
Things I have replaced: MAF, Ignitor, APC, TPS, wires, plugs, cap, rotor. No vacuum leaks.
I have pulled each plug wire and seen a decrease in RPM. I have pulled each injector wire and noted a decrease in RPM. I have checked fuel pressure and found it within spec and holding. What am I missing?
