Convertible Top Rear Window Leak

'91 900 - Well now, it appears that a previous owner of this car tried to fix a leak where the rear window glass attaches to the convertible top with silicone. Didn't stick very well, as the small lake in the boot will attest. There was enough water in there that I bailed it out with my coffee cup.
What is the best adhesive to put this thing back together properly?
