There have been lots of posts on this topic. One string within the last week had the word that rear-view-mirror adhesive may work, but definitely won't if someone has tried to seal it with silicone sealer.
The general wisdom is there isn't really anything that will restick it once it has lifted, and the only answer is to buy a new rear window with the flap attached. It all unzips and they are available separate from the top.
Do some searching on this site, typing the words "convertible rear window" into the search box at the upper right. The history goes back into the '90s and you will learn what people have tried.
