Cheapest source for an exhaust head pipe,on a 92 Turbo?

Locally, the vendors want upwards of 100.00.

Any vendors that beat that?

Also, the person mentioned a gasket between the turbo, and head pipe, and another gasket between head pipe and cat.

I don't recall a gasket between the the turbo and head pipe?

Am I right or wrong?
