I understand that situation completely.
There have been a few times when I snagged pressure plates, slave cylinders, and clutch disks from cars at pick-n-pulls, put them in my cars, and ran them for years. Sad to say, the pickigs at you-pull places are kinda slim these days.
The good news, such as it is, is that clutch pressure plates and discs for all 900s up to '89, and 900 non-turbos up to '93, will fit your car.
Of course, you'll want pilot bearings and throwout bearings to be new. Used a old throwout bearing one once. Ended up getting an expensive taxi ride home and changing the clutch in the parking lot at work one February weekend. (In ATL, but chilly nonetheless :-)
