If that is true, then my ECU is remanufactured, because the case is black. Interestingly, when I removed the cover and looked inside, it all appeared to look clean and free of any debris or corrosion. I did notice however, that the two large capacitors on the board were bulding slightly at the tips, and had also sweat out some material over the years, but nothing to speak of. No clearly broken cracks or anything else.
Oh well. I've got another -570 on the way with 111k on the clock to hold me over until I can get a -948 ECU.
