You might need to make your own templates. Figure out where the stitching lines are located and then lay plastic down to figure out the panel shapes. Add 1/2" to the edges of the panel where it will be sewn to the next panel. Add lots of extra material where you mght need to grab the seat cover to pull it onto the foam. Use pins to hold the panel down to foam and go to the next panel and repeat. Once you have all the panels cut to shape with the extra 1/2" where they will be sewn together, make some alignment notches or marks. Transfer this to the seat material, cut and start sewing. There are seam styles which you should learn from various sites int he internet. Have an assembly strategy to give you the look you want at the end. This is not easy and you will make mistakes, but it is a learning experience. Shops I have used in the past have used 5 hours per seat. Good luck and tell us how you make out.
