Roger D has it right. Pull the seat base off, peel the carpet back away from the rear seat crossmember (be careful pulling it out from behind the rear seat side panel, you can snap the panel at the lower corner). The bracket that holds the alarm box is screwed on to the lower face of the crossmember with a couple torx screws. Pull the alarm unit out from under the crossmember. I believe you'll have to unmount it from the bracket too to get at the dip switches.
