I suppose it comes down to intent and function. If your usage is largely urban, with the attendant road damage and slower speeds, then the B4 or Sachs would likely reduce the amount of vibration you'd feel. If your driving style is more spirited or your path filled with curves, I would suggest going with the Konis.
As this is likely to be a "one and done" project, it is important to think about what you want to live with every day.
That said, I also suggest a close examination of your suspension bushings.
For reference, Blacksheep is a '93CE, factory lowered suspension, fully replaced bushings w/ Powerflex purple in both front and rear swaybars, adjustable panhard bar, rear axle relocated, 195/60-15 on 15x6 9000 rims, Koni's set to 2 F/R. At speeds below 30 mph on poor streets, the ride can best be described as bone jarring. Cornering is go kart-like, which pays off in the local canyons. High speed comfort and control is amazing. I drive a lot of long distance runs, and there are stretches where the legal speed limit is 80mph. For me, the unrefined low speed comfort issues are balanced by the crisp handling and at speed stability.
As always, your mileage will vary. Keep Saabing.
