California currently requires a smog check every two years.
I suppose that I COULD perform the mechanical swap between the regular LH2.2 and T5 every 47 months but I'm hoping for a better alternative.
If California can present a fair and reasonable method to present a T5 conversion to them for approval/signoff, I'd be happy to follow the steps.
I don't think California will ever duplicate New York in terms of vehicle policy. Cars last too long out here and the c900 is from an era that I think they want to remove from the road.
