It's not the tumbler that broke. Swapping in a new tumbler won't fix it. The base of the tumbler has a channel in it. That channel fits over two small tabs on the gear mechanism below it that engages the actual ignition switch. Those two little tabs are fragile and break off leaving the tumbler to just turn freely within the cylinder. You have to pull the whole shifter housing out and replace the gear mechanism.
