Could be plugged fuel filter.
You can get to the top of the fuel pump in the trunk and try to jumper the 12 volts right to the pump as well.
Also you need to jump from 27 to 30 on the fuse block -- Bentley shows that with a switch so you can manually turn on the pump.
So, pull fuse 30 and jump across diagonally ( I forget which pin left or right, take your pick, try both )
Make sure you check for ignition spark. Make sure you have a full 12 volts operating the power to fuel injectors, etc etc.
