In the link below, the white fitting next to the fuel pump hole is the thing you're looking for - if it was ever available separately, I doubt it's available now. Probably going to have to junkyard it. You will need to drop the tank to replace it.
There is nylon tube on the other side of the fitting, inside the tank. The nylon tube is connected to the fuel pump via a short length of submersible hose. This is the return line from the rail, and helps keep the pump bucket full. It's pretty important.
