If you don't have a commercial pressure bleeder, thanks to input here, I've used the bicycle tube method. Cut a circle around an old innertube valve large enough to overlap the fluid reservoir fill threads a half inch or so. Attach that piece valve up, encircling it with a hose clamp or zip tie. Then use a bicycle pump to pressure it up. There will be some leakage -- kind of acts as a check valve -- so you'll have to keep pumping occasionally. And don't overtighten the clamp or you risk cracking the plastic.
