That link is dead but the 'fix' is to get an older pre-1992 -757, -016, or -905 module and wire it into the car using the following pin conversions to replace the typically intermittent/faulty -643 module:
1 -> 10
2 -> 3
3 -> 5
4 -> 7
5 -> 11
6 -> 4
7 -> 6
8 -> 8
9 -> 1&9
If you cut out the older module's plug and wiring from a donor car, you can use the plug block removed from a -643 module box and create a plug adapter pigtail for easy replacement without disturbing the wiring in your car. This is the best way to go because the module replacement is easy and you can actually go back to a functioning -643 module or another older module if you wish.
