The easiest approach IMHO, is to remove the hood and secure the turbo to the radiator cross member, then remove the exhaust manifold. You may want a helper. You may wish to remove the turbo's oil feed to avoid cracking or bending that tube... you'll need a new gasket to reinstall. You can probably reuse the gasket between the manifold and turbo, but I'd recommend replacing it with a similar high-quality one. Don't use a cheap one here or on the manifold itself - it won't last. Stick with OE here.
What K-Saab said about only if necessary. I highly recommend soaking those studs for DAYS before trying to remove them. Go slowly, too, and keep reapplying oil to cut down on heat build up. And, frankly, replace them when you're done. Reusing those studs is asking for pain.
