I did look at that, at idle and operating temp it was at .4v and fluctuated up to about .8. When I disconnected the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator it fell below .4. Sensor was replaced a little less than 2 years ago. I never made it up close to 1v like mentioned in the Bentely manual but it did fluctuate. I was using a digital voltmeter that has always been accurate on other tests I've used it for but it could be the meter is crappy.
The only things I haven't done on the car is the fuel pressure regulator and haven't touched the injectors either besides adding Techron to the tank. Fuel filter is new as well. It does have a bit of a long crank time during hot starts. Could that be injectors leaking?? I figured that was probably fuel pump check valve. I guess a fuel pressure test is probably in order next.
