yeah, any RTV silicone is going to be moisture cure. From window and bath caulking and electronics potting compounds to any automotive RTV. The alternatives silicones are not room temperature vulcanizing: peroxide or platinum and an autoclave.
along the lines of reinz, see also yamabond, hondabond, 3-Bond 1209, permatex ultra.
Hylomar can be disassembled and reassembled - all the other options you are going to have to remove the gasket and start over if you ever take it apart.
