It really is. I don't know how they get their measurements so off, but they're *really* off. I have some sway bar end bushings in a bag from many years ago ... 2010 or 2011? The fit was bad then. Plus, the material is crap. I bought some out of necessity for the rear end and my car pulverized them in less than 5,000 miles.
I'd spend the extra of Powerflex - it's much higher quality... it will fit better and last longer. You can order direct from Powerflex USA, but IIRC there is a seller on ebay who will get & list any kit you want. Powerflex sells just about every bushing for the c900 - it'd be a mountain of cash, but you'd get more than a couple years from it. ;)
