Center mounts had a saddle, bushing, plate and two nuts. The bushing was clamped between the saddle and plate, and all mounted to the frame member. Outer brackets mounted to the same bolts the lower ball joints use.
The standard hardware from any sway bar equipped car will work, though if your lower ball joints still have the original SAE bolts & nuts, you need to change to the later metric ones which are longer to accommodate the bracket that holds the bushings at the ball joint.
Biggest issue will be drilling the holes in the right spot for the center brackets. When Saab sold the sway bar kit, there was a metal template that you used to drill pilot holes, and the instructions told you how large to make them. I used to have that template...
Oh, and should you find all the bits to do this, it is MUCH EASIER to install the bar and connect it up with BOTH front wheels off the ground...
