On the 1991 900 SE I had a couple years ago, I had a difficult time working to stop all the leaks. The obvious ones were not too bad. The hardest one was the water dripping off the edge of the body drain channel which laterally holds the rubber trunk seal (the 8-12 footer). It seemed like it was "wicking" the water from the designed drain channel, up & over the 1/2" (?) lip, and that is how it got into the trunk. Then it would drip onto the wooden floor of the trunk - on my car it landed mostly just to the right of the spare tire. I also noticed that some areas of that vertical lip had rusted slightly, shortening the lip and making it easier for the water to wick over it, and get into the trunk. If I remember right, the best I ever got it was when I took that long rubber seal OFF, and tested it for water leaks. You could also get into the trunk, and have a trusted helper run the water after you close the deck lid. You might see some hints? Also, you might want to examine that black plastic strip that the top gets stapled to just under the rear window. If the top was ever replaced, and the screws were installed in new locations (without sealing the old holes), a leak would develop there. Good luck! I wish I had never sold that 1991 900 SE!! Vern
